The land is in pristine condition, preserving the presence of cork oak forests, holm oak and juniper trees typical of Gallura, which denote the virginity of the landscape.

There are three structures inside, one of which is entirely habitable, consisting of 5 rooms that partly preserve the original structure of the stazzo matrix and which, with minor restoration work, will acquire a historical and architectural value of considerable interest.

The other two structures are entirely collapsed and must be restored according to the parameters imposed by the landscape protection and PPR regulations for the safeguarding of the historical and cultural heritage of the Stazzi.

The physical conformation of the property makes it possible to plant vineyards or olive groves, but also to start up a small farm dedicated to raising livestock, given the constant presence of water throughout the year, facilitating both irrigation and the maintenance of the stables and animals housed there.
