This land of about 60 hectares, with inside two ruins to be restored of considerable rural historical interest, is located in the heart of the Gallura. The buildings represent the true Gallurese living typology used by agro-pastoral families until the first half of the 20th century. The houses are located on the promontory overlooking the Lago Liscia (a lake reservoir), offering an amazing view from the coast to Mount Limbara. Nearby there are several sites of community and landscape interest, such as the millenary olive trees (Unesco heritage), the numerous vineyards that produce the best vermentino in Sardinia, among the most famous in the world. The villages of Sant’Antonio and Luras and the town of Tempio Pausania are just a few minutes away by car.
